YES BANK Promotes Organic Farming in India

Mumbai, Jan 25, (UNI) YES BANK, India's new age private sector Bank, today entered into a tripartite strategic alliance with M R Morarka-GDC Rural Research Foundation (Morarka Foundation) and Vigyan Gadodia, the YES Entrepreneur in Action and promoter of Gadodia Agro India Pvt. Ltd. (GAIPL), to promote rural entrepreneurship and organic farming, providing consulting, advisory and banking support to GAIPL and the foundation.

As per the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), YES BANK will play a crucial role in providing strategic support for effective marketing and business proliferation of progressive Indian farmers through the partnering institutions. Morarka Foundation is a professional service delivery agency promoting organic agriculture in India and Worldwide. GAIPL is focused on creating itself into an Indian business house empowering the ''Emerging Rural India '' by giving it a corporate identity. GAIPL is represented by Vigyan Gadodia, the YES Entrepreneur in Action, an HR program instituted by YES BANK to enable its employees to explore their fullest entrepreneurial potential.
