Ten Punjab police personnel awarded president's medal

Chandigarh, Jan 25 (UNI) Ten Punjab police personnel,including Additional Director General of police S M Sharma have been awarded President's police medal on the occassion of Republic day.

A punjab police spokesman said here today Sub inspector Ranbir Singnh and Assistant Sub inspector Gian Singh have been awardedd President's police medal for their distinguished service.

Besides Mr S M Sharma, ADGP (Computer and Telecommunication) Sub inspector Gopal Dass, ASI Som Nath, ASI Kuldeep Singh, ASI Bikkar Singh, ASI Surjit Singh, ASI Surinder Kumar, head constable Jagtar Singh have also been awarded President's police medal.
