Justice Khan takes oath as CJ of J-K HC

Jammu, Jan 25 (UNI) Justice B A Khan today took oath as the Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

The governor Lt Gen (retd) S K Sinha, in a function at Raj Bhawan, Jammu, administered the oath of office to Justice Khan, who was the acting Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, his Council of Ministers and several senior state government officials were also present during the oath taking ceremony.
