'Hyderabad House' to setup outlets in Australia and Saudi Arabia

Hyderabad, Jan 25 (UNI) Hyderabad House (HH), the three-decade old 'Deccan' food chain in the country, as part of its expansion plans would setup outlets in Australia and Saudi Arabia by March this year.

Company Managing Director Mazharuddin today said, "we have adopted a franchise model to expand our business, and each outlet will entail investment of Rs 15-16 lakh", he added.

To begin with, two outlets (HH) -one at Sydney in Australia and another one at Al-Khobar in Saudi Arabia would be coming up soon.

"Our target is to increase the number of outlets across the globe in the next twelve months and make HH a power house internationally", he added.

The revenue was expected to be USD 200,000 in the first year.

The company would foray into Chinese cuisine and was setting up the first 'Bowl O'China' at Secunderabad. The second outlet would be coming up soon at Begumpet in Hyderabad.

It was also planning outlets for vegetarians and also Arabian grills.

Currently with nine outlets in Hyderabad and one in Bangalore, the company would add 50 HH outlets, including 22 in Andhra Pradesh, over a year.
