Cabinet to promulgate National Tax Tribunal (Amendment) Ordinance

New Delhi, Jan 24 (UNI) The Union Cabinet today okayed the promulgation of an ordinance on the lines of the National Tax Tribunal (Amendment) Ordinance to amend the National Tax Tribunal Act, 2005.

"The National Tax Tribunal (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007 will be replaced by a Bill in the Budget session of Parliament," an official spokesperson told newspersons here.
