Allahabad Bank clocks 27.6 pc net profit in Q3FY07

New Delhi, Jan 24 (UNI) Allahabad Bank today posted a 27.6 per cent increase in its net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006 at Rs 286.13 crore, as against Rs 224.3 crore for the corresponding period last year.

The bank's total income rose 30.6 per cent to Rs 1,430.45 crore for the quarter from Rs 1,095.59 crore for the third quarter of fiscal 2006.
