CCL in JV with Jyothy Laboratories to launch instant coffee

New Delhi, Jan 23 (UNI) CCL Products India Ltd today entered into a joint venture agreement with FMCG company Jyothy Laboratories Ltd to launch instant coffee under the brand name of 'Continental Speciale'.

A joint venture company will be incorporated as a special purpose vehicle to promote the brand of Coffee in the country.

''The market network and abilities of Jyothy Laboratories along with the product strength of the company will enable strong establishment of this instant coffee brand in the domestic retail market,'' a CCL Products note read.

The company has a manufacturing facility in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh for producing instant coffee and exports coffee to many countries across the globe.

Jyothy Laboratories has a strong and trained work force and owns various household consumer brands in India.
