Yashodhara wants to remain Sports Minister

Jhabua, MP, Jan 19 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia has urged Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan not to alter her portfolio in a likely cabinet reshuffle.

''Vans will be sent into 11 districts to organise sports meets and information about health and education disseminated among rural sportspersons,'' she told mediapersons here today after inaugurating the six-day 52nd National School Kabaddi Under-17 Championship that is witnessing participation by 400 children from 18 states.

Ms Scindia said that infrastructure should be improved for enhancing the level of sports.
