Shekhawat mourns the death of L M Thapar

New Delhi, Jan 18 (UNI) Vice-President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat today expressed grief over the death of veteran industrialist Lalit Mohan Thapar, saying he contributed immensely towards the industrial development of the country.

In a condolence message to his family, Mr Shekhawat said the country had lost a noted industrialist who was always alive to the social concerns.

''His multifaceted contribution for nation bulding will always be remembered,'' the Vice-President said.
