Indian does away with dual pricing policy
Chennai, Jan 18 (UNI) In a bid to attract foreign tourists and Non Resident Indians (NRIs), Indian has done away with a dual pricing policy for tickets sold in India.
Talking to newspersons here today, Indian CMD Viswapati Trivedi said Indian had done away with the dual pricing policy for tickets sold in India, whereby NRIs and foreign tourists can now purchase tickets in India at INR rates.
Other recent initiatives included the launch of co-branded Indian Platinum Credit Card, that offers 20 per cent cash back reward, attractive schemes like spot fares and fun-filled holiday packages to many popular new destinations, he added.
Mr Trivedi said, ''Also on the anvil was a state-of-the-art passenger service system which will give customers a host of benefits like web check-in, self-service check-in kiosks and special service to passengers with special needs.

adding,
''our
international
carriage
also
registered
a
quantum
increase
of
2.11
lakh
passengers
during
the
same
