Goa to host Brazilian film festival
Panaji, Jan 18 (UNI) Goa will host the Brazilian Film Festival at Kala Academy in two phases on February 2 to 4 and February 9 to 11.
Kala Academy member-secretary Dr Pandurang Phaldesai and Brazilian Chair, Goa University Dilip Lawande jointly told reporters here today that Brazilain DVD films with English sub-titles will be shown only to delegates registered on January 24 free of charge.
Total 15 films will be exhibited which include five documetaries and 10 feature films, he said.
The Festival will be jointly organised by the Brazilian Chair, the Goa University, Kala Academy Film Society, Moving Images Film Clock and Department of Information and Publicity.
