Dollex to invest Rs 20 crore in 2nd Ethanol Unit at Nanded

Mumbai, Jan 18 (UNI) Dollex Industries will invest Rs 20 crore in setting up of its second Ethanol Unit at Nanded, as part of its three year expansion plan.

Informing BSE, the Company said this unit will have a capacity of 45,000 to 50,000 litres per day and will be commissioned by next sugar season ie 2007-2008.

The entire raw material for the new Ethanol Unit will be supplied by Godavari Manar Sugar Mills also located at Nanded, which the Company recently acquired.

With this expansion, the Company estimates it will have a huge pricing edge over its competitors as well as triple its production of Ethanol by 2008 which is in-line with the Company's ambitious 3 year plan of becoming an integrated Sugar, Alcohol&Ethanol manufacturer.
