3i Infotech to issue 2 cr equity shares in mkt

New Delhi, Jan 18: 3i Infotech Ltd today said it will raise funds through issue of two crore equity shares in domestic or international markets.

The company's board has accorded its approval to the issue of equity shares and equity-linked instruments.

The resolution is subject to shareholders and other requisite approvals.
