Hearing on suspected Pakistani Terrorist Fahad posted for Jan 24

Mysore, Jan 17 (UNI) The First Judicial Magistrate Sangarshi today posted the hearing on the various cases of suspected Pakistani terrorist Fahad to January 24.

Since Fahad could not be produced before the Court due to security reasons, the Judge heard the demands of the accused, which included newspapers and Koren for reading, through video conference.

Fahad along with other suspected terrorist Ali Hussian and six others who had extended their help in getting various documents were presently lodged in Central Jail here.

It may be recalled here that Mysore Police have nabbed two terrorists during an encounter in October 2006.
