Vishwas school sex scandal accused denied bail

Chandigarh, Jan 16 (UNI) The Punjab and Haryana High Court today denied bail to Rishi Sagar, the director of Vishwas Girls Higher Secondary School, Hisar, now lodged in Central Jail there as an accused in the sensational case of sexual exploitation of girl students.

''A person accused of such deplorable acts, did not deserve to be enlarged on bail, Justice Virender Singh remarked while declining the bail plea.

It had been argued by the petitioner that the police investigation in the case registered against him at civil lines police station, Hisar on September 12, 2006, had been completed and the chargesheet submitted in the court.

UNI
