Inventurus joins Haynes

Mumbai, Jan 16 (UNI) Inventurus Knowledge Solutions announced a long-term outsourcing and consulting relationship with Haynes and Boone, LLP.

It will provide discovery and analysis services for the firm's litigation, business transaction and intellectual property practices, a press release here said.

''Big firms handling big legal matters today require innovative approaches to reduce client costs as they manage a rising tide of data and documentation,'' Haynes and Boone partner Terry Conner said. ''Other U S industries have already learned, it makes good business sense to outsource some of the most labor-intensive chores in the worldwide marketplace,'' he said.

Under the relationship, Inventurus will combine onsite program management experts at Haynes and Boone with a team of dedicated lawyers and paralegals offshore in the Inventurus solution center situated in Mumbai. This onsite/offshore model will serve as an extension of Haynes and Boone legal team and will be available to provide back-office services like document review and organization.
