CREDAI to organise annual meet at Kaula Lumpur

New Delhi, Jan 14 (UNI) Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) the country's apex body representing associations of real estate and housing developers will organise its annual meet on February 8th-9th at Kaula Lumpur.

The National Convention 2007 (NATCON 2007), an annual formal meeting of its members, representatives and delegates will discuss issues like domestic and foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indian real estate, retail and hospitality scenerio in Tier I, II and III cities, making real estate an alternative option to other investment opportunities, markets and marketing of real estate and its sustainence, etc.

''The national convention is organised every year by CREDAI to have all the participants in a captive environment, which leads to an ideal setting for learning, fellowship and close networking with fellow developers and prominent personalities of the industry, in one place,'' said CREDAI president Raman Sastri.

This year's convention's objective is to draw a five-year blue print for promoting and developing real estate in India.

''The real estate industry in India is in a state of change and it is happening in the market place, financial sectors of real estate development. The paradigm shifts are inevitable. We welcome all our developer friends to attend this convention and keep pace with the new trends in the industry,'' said CREDAI Chairman Kumar Gera.
