Vigilance nab supply inspector and two clerks while taking bribe

Patna Jan 12 (UNI) The vigilance sleuths arrested a supply inspector and two clerks while taking bribes in West Champaran and Vaihsali district today.

Additional Director Vigilance Neelmani said here that supply inspector Madan Rajak posted at Ramnagar in West Champaran was arrested when he was taking bribe of Rs 250 from each and every distributor for opening the seal of annual registration.

He said clerk Arjun Kumar Sinha posted at the Circle office in Rajapakar was arrested for taking bribe of Rs 1200 and another clerk posted at the Block Development Office of Rajapakar, Md Mustak Alam was caught when he was receiving Rs 500 per person.

All the arrested officials were being brought to Patna for interrogation.
