Two youths kidnapped in city

Chandigarh, Jan 12 (UNI) Armed abductors kidnapped two youths from the busy Sector 15 Market here today.

Police said the abductors, about six in number, had come in three cars and forcibly took away the youths who were on their motorcycle.

The motorcyle bears registration number of Ferozepur in Punjab.

Soon after the abduction, police fanned out and launched a manhunt to nab the abductors. It sealed all exit points and sounded an alert in the city.

The city police is contacting the Ferozepur police to ascertain the antecedents of kidnapped persons.
