PM to visit Asom on February 16

Guwahati, Jan 12 (UNI) Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will visit Asom on February 16 and will go to the violence affected areas of the state.

This was today confirmed by top level official sources saying that the Prime Minister will be accompanied by a high level delegation. Altogether 66 people were killed by the ULFA in an orgy of violence forcing Army to launch a full-scale operation.
