I have no property abroad: Badal

Jalandhar, Jan 12 (UNI) Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president and former Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today categorically denied that he or his family had any property abroad.

Talking to reporters here today, Mr Badal alleged that the Amarinder Singh government had created much hype in this regard and ''wasted five years and crores of rupees in the name of carrying investigation to unearth his undeclared properties abroad.'' However, Mr Badal said, nothing could be detected as he was having no property abroad.

''Even if the investigators succeed in finding any asset, I shall offer the same at the Darbar Sahib'', he added.
