Hearing on Shahabuddin's bail petition adjourned

Patna, Jan 12 (UNI) The Patna High Court today adjourned the hearing of the regular bail petition of controversial RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin till Monday.

The petition was filed in connection with the case relating to recovery of stolen vehicles from his residence at Partapur village in Siwan district.

Justice Ghanshyam Prasad adjourned the hearing of the bail petition till Monday as counsel of the RJD MP had urged the court for the same.

According to the FIR lodged at Hussanaganj police station area in Siwan district against the MP on April 24, 2005, four stolen vehicles and five motorcycles were recovered during a raid on his Partapur residence.
