HC stays Karnataka Appellate Tribunal's order
Bangalore, Jan 12 (UNI) The Karnataka High Court today granted interim stay on the impugned order of the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, directing the Government to take back on duty the teachers whose appointments were cancelled on the ground that they were appointed after November 11, 1998, and with rural weightage.
Chief Justice Cyriac Joseph and Mr Justice B S Patil issued the interim injunction after admitting a writ petition, filed by the Karnataka Government challenging the order.
