Five naxal couriers arrested

Khammam, Andhra Pradesh, Jan 12 (UNI) Police arrested five ''couriers'' belonging to Praja Pratighatana Group (PPG), a banned naxal organisation, on charge of extortion activities in Khammam district today.

A special police party arrested the five PPG Couriers after they received extortion money from a granite company on the outskirts of Khammam town.

Police recovered Rs 1.25 lakh cash and one motorcycle from them.
