DDA auctions 96 residential plots for Rs 212.58 crore
New Delhi, Jan 12 (UNI) The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has auctioned 96 residential plots during its almost year-long auction campaign, raising more than Rs 212.58 crore.
An official said 23 plots were sold yesterday, the final day of the campaign, for more than Rs 69.61 crore.
He said the Authority had announced Rs 103.302 crore as the reserve price for the plots.
Two plots in Ashok Vihar Phase II were withdrawn from the auction, he said.
Yesterday, the DDA sold out plots in Jasola Pocket-II (21 Plots), Naraina Vihar (1 plot) and Prashant Vihar (1 plot).
The size of the plots auctioned underthe campaign, which commenced on January 8, 2006, range between 102.48 sq mts to 313.628 sq mtrs.
Plots were also sold in Model Town and Vikaspuri.
