Bodies of two men recovered in Anand

Anand, Jan 12 (UNI) Bodies of two missing persons, both friends, were recovered from different places here today.

The two men, identified as Vikrambhai Dayabhai Parmar and Ahmed Mia Mallick, had left Valasan village, 5 km from here on January 7 this year and had gone missing since then, police said.

While Parmar's body was fished out from a canal in Agas village, Mallick's body was found in a canal near Rupiyapura village.

The duo may have fallen into a canal near Valasan village and drowned. Later on it drifted further to the places where thier bodies were found, police added.
