Koyambedu vegetable market to remain closed on Jan 22

Chennai, Jan 11 (UNI) The Koyambedu wholesale vegetable and flower market would remain closed for a day on January 22, to press for a charter of demands.

Association President V R Soundarajan, in a statement here said all the shops in the complex would down shutters to protest against the indifferent attitude of the authorities.

A decision to this effect was taken by the federation of all traders, he said.
