Hindustan Zinc Q3 net jumps more than 4 times to Rs 1335 crore

Mumbai, Jan 11 (UNI) Hindustan Zinc Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 1,335 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 329 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income had increased from Rs 932 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 to Rs 2,544 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
