HC orders CBI to disclose names of accused in land scam

Allahabad, Jan 9 (UNI) Allahabad High Court today directed the CBI to disclose the names of those involved in the Janaki Puram Scheme scam of Lucknow.

A division bench comprising Justices V M Sahai and B A Zaidi gave six months time to the central agency for completing its probe.

The court passed the order on a writ petition of R N Singh, the then joint secretary of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), who was suspended.

The court has fixed July 12, 2007 for next hearing.
