SS-BJP to announce seat-sharing and manifesto in two days

Mumbai, Jan 8 (UNI) Senior Shiv Sena leader and spokesman Manohar Joshi today said the seat-sharing between Shiv Sena and the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP), and their joint manifesto for the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation elections to be held on February 1, will be announced in two days.

Mr Joshi told reporters, the seat-sharing was in the final stage of discussion and there were no differences between the allies.

He ridiculed Congress' demand of asking NCP to dump Minister of State for Housing Pritamkumar Shegaonkar (RPI) and said this showed the amount of love the Congress had for the dalits.

It may be recalled that Gurudas Kamat had said that since RPI had joined Third Front, NCP should seek resignation from RPI minister Shegaonkar and was one of the conditions put up by the Congress to have an allaince between Congress and NCP.
