Naxal movements difficult to monitor: Nair
Tirupati,Jan 8(UNI) Indian Space Research Organisation(ISRO) Chairman G Madavan Nair today said that it would be difficult to monitor the naxal moments.
Mr Nair, who came here to brief the newspersons over PSLV-C 7 launch said the State Government was informed that it would be difficult to trace out the naxal movements.
When asked about the recent failure of ISRO's geosynchronous satellite launch vehicle, GSLV-fo2, he said the Failure Analysis Committee (FAC) report said the failure was due to fabrication error or defect.
ISRO was planning to launch two small satellites, as the third world satellite was under construction, he added.
When asked about the monitoring of red sandalwood smugglers in Chittoor district, he said it would be well-nigh-impossible to keep a round-the-clock vigil.
