Three killed, six injured in a road mishap in Karnataka

Haveri, Jan 4 (UNI) Three people were killed on the spot and six others injured when a three-wheeler, was hit by a lorry on the outskirts of the town today.

Police said the lorry was coming from Bangalore when the accident occurred.

The deceased were identified as Maruthi Ramappa Olekar (35), Govindappa Ramappa Bankapura (26). Another body could not be identified as it was beyond recognition.

The injured, including two children below three years of age, were admitted a hospital.
