Senior IPS officers transferred in AP

Hyderabad, Jan 4 (UNI) The Andhra Pradesh government today transferred seven senior IPS officers including the City Police Commissioner.

According to an official release here, Balwinder Singh, who was on central deputation, was posted as Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad city vice A K Mahanty transferred and posted as Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order).

Santhosh Mehra was posted as Director of Anti Curroption Bureau (ACB) vice S Prabhakar Reddy transferred and posted as the Commissioner of Police of Cyberabad.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner M Mahendar Reddy was transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police, Computer Services and Standardization.

Inspector General of Police of Police Computer Services was transferred and posted as Inspector General of Police of Police Communications.

S Jayachandra, Director of Police Communication was transferred and posted as Director General and Inspector General of Prisons and Director of Correctional Services. N V Surendra Babu was posted as Additional Commissioner of Police, Coordination, Hyderabad.
