Lifer to three

Daltonganj, Jan 4 (UNI) A local court today sentenced to life imprisonment three persons, including a CPI(ML) leader, in a six-year-old murder case in Palamu district of Jharkhand.

Additional District and Sessions Judge(First) Vishnukant Sahay awarded life imprisonment to three persons, including B N Singh, a CPI(ML) leader, for murdering Bihari Singh, brother of RJD MLA Videsh Singh and Ajai Singh.

According to prosecution, Bihari Singh and Ajai Singh were shot by miscreants on October 24, 2000 near private bus stand in Daltonganj.
