DMC I'nal buys 10 pc into Jaaydaad.com

New Delhi, Jan 4: Safety solution provider DMC International today made a strategic investment of Rs 3.3 crore by buying a 10 per cent stake of the latter.

According to agreement signed here, Jaaydaad.com will provide suggestions to DMC International, which has recently diversified into real estate as a developer, in addition to marketing its constructions.

''Jaaydaad.com is in the field for quite sometime now and can provide expert opinion and marketing services in the field of real estate,'' DMC International Chairman P K Awasthi told reporters.

Jaaydaad.com is compiling a dictionary of real estate called Jaaydaadnama, which will include extensive listings of real-estate properties and suppliers.

It also plans to set up Jaaydaad University, which will be the first real estate academy in the country.
