Coins, notes fair from Jan 5 to 7
Hyderabad, Jan 4 (UNI) The Hyderabad Philatelic and Hobbies Society will organise a three-day Hyderabad Coins and Notes Fair 2007 in the city from January 5 to 7.
Addressing a press meet here, Hyderabad Coins and Notes Fair Convenor M Kesava Rao and Secretary S P Agarwaal yesterday said the fair would display the world's old and very rare coins and notes.
They said the fair would display the world's smallest currency (4''x9'') of Hong Kong and biggest (16''x12'') of Hyderabad during Nizam rule, printed in London.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) would present an audio-video programme on identification of fake notes.
The demonetized Rs 1000, Rs 5000 and Rs 10,000 notes would also be on display, they added.
