BSEL Infra JV to build hotel in Pune

New Delhi, Jan 4 (UNI) BSEL Infrastructure Realty today announced its 50:50 joint venture with Unity Infraprojects has been awarded a project to build a hotel in Pune.

The joint venture will build, operate and manintain the hotel at Shivchhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi, on build-operate-transfer basis for the Third Commonwealth Youth Games 2008.

For the project to kick off this month and to be completed within 16 months, six acres of land have been allotted to the company at a bid of Rs 156 crore, the company said in a statement.

The project was awarded by the Executive Committee of the Third Commonwealth Youth Games 2008 and Maharashtra Sports and Youth Services Director.
