TRS ready to join hands with TDP: Chandrasekara Rao

Hyderabad, Jan 3 (UNI) Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) Founder Leader K Chandrasekara Rao today made it clear that his party was ready to join hands with the main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in Andhra Pradesh to fight 'anti-people' policies of the Congress government.

'We will not hesitate to take up joint agitation programmes with the TDP on diversion of Krishna waters to Rayalaseema, which was against interests of the Telangana people,' he told reporters here.

It may be noted that TRS recently joined hands with the TDP to protest against the power crisis and Dr Reddy's alleged land holding.
