Sundaram Finance IT arm launches 'SmartLend Lite'

Chennai, Jan 3 (UNI) Sundaram Infotech Solutions (SIS), the IT services division of Sundaram Finance Ltd has launched 'SmartLend Lite,' a customized IT solutions for the small and mid-sized Non Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Banks in India and the Middle East for their retail lending activities.

SIS Managing Director Srinivasaraghavan, speaking at an official launching programme here today said the software developed in Navision 4.0 (Microsoft's ERP solution), would help in automating application processing and credit appraisal, lease creation and initiation, disbursements, debt collections, collection management, among other processes.

"SmartLend Lite lends itself credibly with banks for their retail lending portfolio, in addition to automation of fixed deposits processes", he added.

SIS officials said apart from this, the software would offer various features, including quick implementation process, comprehensive user manual and would work in any platform.

SIS is also involved in a range of software services including development and implementation of software products, consulting and implementation of Microsoft business solutions - Axapta and Navision, data warehousing and business intelligence solutions, web solutions across technologies and network consultancy.
