RCL to consider fund raising on Jan 10

New Delhi, Jan 3 (UNI) Reliance Communication today said its board will consider raising of funds in the international market on January 10, 2007.

The Anil Ambani group company is expected to place its bid to acquire the fourth largest GSM operator in the country Hutch-Essar after January 14.

According to the company, its board of directors will meet on January 10 to consider raising of resources in the international market by way of foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) or external commercial borrowing (ECB) or any other instruments.
