Org Informatics acquires Singapore company

New Delhi, Jan 3: ORG Informatics Ltd, service provider in remote sensing, photogrammetry and software development, today acquired Singapore-based DGIT Solutions Pte Ltd.

The company is in the process of two more acquisitions.

It said it will hold an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on February 5, to consider one acquisition, a part of which is to be settled through issuance of fresh equity in the company.
