Miscreants loot Orissa bound bus

Latehar, Jan 3 (UNI) Armed miscreants today looted a bus injuring the passengers at Chorjharia Ghati under Balumath police station in Jharkhand's Latehar district.

Police sources said about six miscreants boarded the bus near Balumath area and robbed the passengers.

The bus was on its way to Rourkela in Orissa from Gaya in Bihar.

Valuables worth Rs 50,000 have been looted from the passengers, police said.

Police had started operations to nab the culprits.
