Kuwait Police unveil mystery murder of Indian housemaid

Dubai, Jan 3 (UNI) The murder case of an Indian housemsid has been solved by Kuwait police with the recovery of the corpse which was dumped in dense shrubbery in the city.

They announced that the maid's killer was none other than her employer, who was the least suspected person on initial investigation.

During interrogation, the Kuwaiti, whose name was not released, broke down and confessed to killing her in a rage when he learnt that she roughed up his children.

The body of the maid, who was not named in news reports, was accidentally found by a Kuwaiti woman off a street while jogging in the area.

The suspect said he did not intend to kill the maid but wanted to punish her for mistreating his children.
