Meghalaya's Rural Banks supports nation-wide strike

Shillong, Dec 30 (UNI) The Khasi Jaintia Rural Bank Officers Association in Meghalaya will go for one-day nation wide strike on January 5.

The United Forum of Regional Rural Banks Union, a joint forum of all the officers and employees unions at the national level comprising of AIRRBOF, AIRRBEA, AIGBOA, AIGBEC and NCRRBE, has decided tp go forthe stike in support of their several demands.

The Centre had not yet fulfilled their demands, sources said.
