Suicide bomber kills 10 north of Baghdad

BAGHDAD, Dec 29 (Reuters) A suicide bomber killed 10 people and wounded 11 today near a Shi'ite mosque in the town of Khalis, north of Baghdad, police said.

They said the bomber targeted the Shi'ite mosque after today prayers in the town, which is in the religiously mixed province of Diyala, a hotbed of sectarian violence.
