Industry expo begins Jan 1 in AP capital
Hyderabad, Dec 29 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Home Minister and Exhibition Society President K Jana Reddy today said that a 45-day 67th All India Industrial Exhibition would be orgnaised from January one in the city.
Addressing the press here, Mr Reddy said the exhibition would be inaugurated by Chief Minister Y S Raasekhara Reddy on Monday, in which the exhibitors from Pakistan, Bhutan and Iran would also take part.
Stating about 2,500 stalls would be put up at the exhibition, he said the state and central departments would also participate to create awareness on the development programmes being launched.
As part of the exhibition, games and sports will be organised for the students of colleges sponsored by the Exhibition Society, he added.
The society has earned Rs 9.94 crore during 2005 as against Rs 8.65 crore in 2004 by organising the industrial exhibition.
