Anil Ambani group signs MoU with Jharkhand government
Ranchi, Dec 29 (UNI) The Reliance Energy limited and Jharkhand government today signed an MoU for more than a 1000 MW capacity power plant in the state.
The proposed coal based power plant estimated to cost about Rs 8000 crore is expected to be fully operational within five years.
According to company sources, the Reliance group is looking for coal rich land in Latehar district.
While state energy secretary Sudhir Tripathy signed the MoU, Mr Rajesh Tiwary, Group Director, repersented the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group.
