Youth held with 3 kg charas

Dharmashala, Dec 28 (UNI) A youth was arrested by Kangra police during checking at Tapovan Chowk late last night and three kg of charas recovered from his possession.

Police said Avinash Katoch, a resident of village Narala in Mandi district was on his way to Dharamshala when he was intercepted at a check post set up in connection with the Assembly session.

During search, police recovered three kg of charas from his possession and registered a case under NDPS Act against him and impounded the motorcycle.
