Woman dies, 27 injured in accidents

Jammu, Dec 28 (UNI) A woman was killed and her two children were critically injured when a car ran over them near Bhaderwah in Doda district today, police said.

The deceased had been identified as Kanta Devi wife of Rajender Parihar. Her two children had been shifted to sub-district hospital Bhaderwah, the police added.

In another incident at least 25 people were injured when a bus fell in a ditch near Loran in border district of Poonch, sources said adding that the bus was to Poonch city from Loran. The accident occurred when the driver lost control and the bus was skidded off the road this afternoon.
