Six killed, seven injured in accident

Dhanbad, Dec 28 (UNI) Six people were killed and seven injured when a tempo collided head on with a truck at Vinod Chowk in Jharkhand's Dhanbad district.

The injured have been admitted to the Patliputra Medical College Hospital here.

Police sources said the incident occured about three kms away from the town area, adding the truck driver fled away from the spot after the accident.

A case has been registered. Investigation is on.
